Yes i fixed the problem u will have to go in business relationship settings n delete your contour account and create a new one.

I was getting that fault bulletin whilst trying to extend my ea access subscription. Later on nearly 5hrs of calls with ea and microsoft a tech from xbox support confirmed that y'all have to allow the ea subscription run down before adding a new one. This policy was introduced by ea a couple of months ago.

If yous get this message finish immediately! I got the message trying to renew my gold that expired in a couple weeks and if I purchased now I got it off 33%. I received "Something went incorrect our end. Try once more later." I did so and got the same message. I contacted support they tried to help and attempted to renew information technology them selves and got the same bulletin. The side by side solar day my depository financial institution chosen and Micrsoft had taken almost $320 out of my bank account! Weeks afterwards after telling me a refund would be given within 24-72 hours i am however dealing with Microsoft about getting my money refunded and my xbox alive is expiring in a few days...they will tell you they are doing an investigation. There should be no investigation about refunding money to people when the message and employees told you lot to endeavour once again...
